Creative Executive. Studio Transformer. Storytelling Architect.
I'm Nathy Aviram, and my career has always been guided by a single, unshakable belief…
Exceptional storytelling has the power to shape culture and drive business
That belief has driven me across every production team I’ve built, every studio I’ve led, and every campaign brought to life under my leadership. Whether that was developing the storytelling structure for a content team of 800+ for Homes.com, dropping a bronze Fearless Girl statue in the middle of the night to stand defiantly in front of the Charging Bull, or elevating a podcast series on the meaning of beauty for Ulta, my focus has always been on creating work that resonates, moves people, and makes a mark.
Reinventing the Modern Studio
I specialize in helping creative organizations evolve.
At McCann, I oversaw agency production and led our in-house studios, helping drive the agency to its most awarded years while reengineering production to support everything from TV to real time social content.
At Homes.com, I defined the narrative strategy and built a storytelling engine. 22,000 neighborhood videos, produced at scale by an 800-person team under a unified creative vision.
Each of these challenges required a blend of operational precision, creative vision, cultural fluency, and leading by example. That’s where I do my best work.
While at McCann from 2015-2023, we won 107 Cannes Lions…
Including 9 Grand Prix, 2 Titanium and 28 Gold Lions.
Innovation & Cultural Impact
I’ve always been drawn to innovation and new forms of storytelling. Sometimes that means experimenting with new technologies, other times, it’s about finding unexpected ways to reach an audience.
I build studio systems that integrate AI-enabled workflows, real-time capture, CGI, automation, and omni-channel distribution…modern pipelines that support everything from e-commerce and social to editorial and experiential content.
Some of my favorite innovation projects have brought creative excellence into unexpected spaces:
Lockheed Martin, “Field Trip to Mars” – The world’s first group VR experience.
Microsoft, “Unlocked” – A content platform living on Microsoft’s site. We delivered 30 high-quality pieces across film, design, stills, CGI, and audio in under three months, on a $300K budget. I designed a low-cost workflow that plugged into our in-house studio and extended to a curated network of independent creatives.
Cellular South, “Y’all vs Us” (2010) – A 10-episode docuseries and integrated regional campaign spotlighting high school football in Mississippi. It aired nationwide on Fox Sports, reaching over 85 million households—long before “branded docuseries” was a trend.
Adidas Color – Where we reimagined visual storytelling through the lens of bold color theory and expressive motion.
Experimentation and inclusivity are throughlines in my work. I believe the best studios aren’t just efficient—they’re expressive, diverse, and human.
Over the past two decades, I’ve helped build creative departments at three agencies that were recognized as Agency of the Year during my tenure: TBWA\Chiat\Day, Y&R NY, and McCann NY. I was named Producer of the Year by Boards Magazine in 2006 and honored by Campaign US in 2020 in their 40 Over 40 Awards, which celebrates leaders pushing creative boundaries and building innovative systems for the industry.
What I Bring
A vision for what studios can become, innovation storytelling labs that merge artistry with agility
A track record of scaling content ecosystems while maintaining excellence and taste
A deep experience in multi-format storytelling; film and stills, to social, experiential, AR, and AI
A love for building collaborative, high-performing teams that thrive on creative possibility
Today I help build studios that don’t just respond to change, they anticipate it, transforming creative operations into future-ready content ecosystems.
Let’s Talk
I’m always looking to connect with brands, teams, and collaborators who want to push what’s possible in creative content, production, and storytelling.
