Most recently, Nathy moved to the brand-side as SVP, Creative Content at Homes.com . He was the lead creative voice behind the storytelling strategy, shaping how 22,000 neighborhoods were brought to life across the platform and beyond. He developed the style guide that defined the narrative for every neighborhood in the US and he crafted a strategy to extend the storytelling and the use of photo/video assets across multiple platforms. Leading an 800-member content team—including 300+ writers and video editors in Richmond, VA, and 450 videographers nationwide—he ensured that their creative voice was engaging and authentic, giving homebuyers a true sense of what living in each community would be like.

Nathy has built and led award-winning integrated production teams that have consistently been recognized by the Cannes Lions, AICP, One Show, D&AD, Emmys, Clios, ANDYS, and the Effies.

Over the previous twenty years, Nathy had worked at three agencies which had been recognized as Agency of the Year during his tenure; TBWA|CHIAT\DAY NY, Y&RNY and McCann NY. In 2006, Nathy was Boards Magazines producer of the year.  In 2020, he was honored by Campaign US in their prestigious 40 over 40 Awards which recognizes leaders for their dedication to groundbreaking creative work and head turning innovations for clients

While overseeing McCann’s production arm, Craft NA, Nathy used his unique experience to define and drive an overall vision and strategy. He combined creativity and efficiency with scale, partnering the agency’s in-house talent with independent artists and emerging tech platforms, to deliver new forms of content and create new revenue streams. Nathy used his progressive approach to develop new creative opportunities including content publishing models, prototyping social media AR filters + lenses, and digital asset creation.

Previously, as Chief Production Officer at McCann NY, Nathy inherited a very traditional production department.  He completely transformed the production offering to help McCann NY grow into one of the world’s most innovative and most awarded Agencies in the World from 2016-2021.

Nathy lives in Croton-on-Hudson, NY where he raised his three kids along with his High School Sweetheart Andrea.  The two have been checking off bucket lists trips like hiking the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, participating in an Elephant safari in Chitwan National Park, Nepal, and summiting Mt Kilimanjaro.
